At Jumas Fashion, we are committed to providing high-quality artificial, anti-tarnish, and office-wear jewellery. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review the following Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order on www.jumasfashion.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers must notify Jumas Fashion of any return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Any request received after 48 hours from the date of delivery shall not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

2. Eligible Return & Exchange Reasons

Returns or exchanges may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged product received.
  • Defective product received.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Missing item received in the package.
  • Product significantly different from the item ordered.

All requests are subject to verification and approval by Jumas Fashion.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The contents received

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, refund, or investigation.


4. Evidence Requirement

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Unboxing video
  • Product photographs
  • Order details
  • Courier package images
  • Additional supporting information

Jumas Fashion reserves the right to reject any claim where sufficient evidence, including the mandatory unboxing video, is not provided by the customer.

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery or without the required supporting evidence may not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, refund, or investigation.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Sale & Discounted Products

All sale items, promotional products, discounted products, clearance products, and special offer items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons:

Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Used Products

Products showing signs of:

  • Usage
  • Wear and tear
  • Damage
  • Alteration
  • Improper handling

shall not be eligible for return or exchange.

Products Without Original Packaging

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Original tags are removed.
  • Packaging is missing.
  • Product boxes or accessories are missing.

Products With Perfume or Chemical Exposure

Returns will not be accepted for products carrying:

  • Perfume smell
  • Cosmetic stains
  • Moisture damage
  • Chemical exposure
  • Water damage

6. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags attached

Jumas Fashion reserves the right to reject any return request that fails quality inspection.


7. Return Shipping Charges

If the Error Is From Jumas Fashion

Examples:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Defective item delivered
  • Damaged item delivered
  • Missing item in shipment

In such cases, Jumas Fashion will bear the return shipping charges.


If the Request Is Due to Customer Reasons

Examples:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Ordered wrong product

The customer shall:

  • Arrange return shipment independently.
  • Bear all return shipping costs.

Jumas Fashion is not obligated to arrange reverse pickup in such situations.


8. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged only after:

  • Return request approval
  • Receipt of the returned product
  • Successful quality inspection

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Jumas Fashion may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Alternative product
  • Refund (at its sole discretion)

9. Refund Policy

Refunds shall only be processed after:

  • Return approval
  • Receipt of returned product
  • Successful inspection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Examples:

  • UPI
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet

Refund processing time:

Up to 7 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.


10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable payment method after verification.
  • Customers may be required to provide valid banking information.

Jumas Fashion reserves the right to verify customer details before processing COD-related refunds.


11. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment source.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

For COD orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • No cancellation charges shall apply.

Jumas Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory issues
  • Fraud concerns
  • Payment verification failure
  • Operational limitations

12. Anti-Tarnish Warranty

Selected anti-tarnish jewellery products are covered by a 60-Day Anti-Tarnish Warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty applies only to manufacturing-related tarnishing issues under normal usage conditions.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty shall become void if the product has been exposed to:

  • Water
  • Perfumes
  • Deodorants
  • Chemicals
  • Moisture
  • Sweat accumulation
  • Cleaning agents
  • Improper storage
  • Physical damage

Customers are advised to:

  • Store jewellery in a dry place.
  • Avoid direct contact with water.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics.
  • Store products in individual pouches after use.

Warranty claims remain subject to inspection and approval by Jumas Fashion.


13. Limitation of Liability

Jumas Fashion shall not be liable for:

  • Improper product usage
  • Customer negligence
  • Wear and tear due to regular use
  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, or water exposure
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
