To verify the issue, we require:
- a clear unboxing video
- product images
- order number
The unboxing video should start before opening the package and clearly show the product issue. Once verified, Jumas Fashion will take care of the return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible because the package is already with the courier partner.
