Jumas Fashion provides a 60-Day Anti-Tarnish Warranty from the date of delivery on eligible anti-tarnish jewellery products purchased through www.jumasfashion.com.

The warranty covers:

  • Abnormal discoloration under normal usage conditions
  • Defects in anti-tarnish coating due to manufacturing issues

Warranty coverage applies only to products specifically marketed and sold as anti-tarnish jewellery.


2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner.

Warranty claims submitted after the 60-day warranty period shall not be eligible for review, replacement, exchange, or compensation.

Perfumes & Cosmetics

Including:

  • Perfumes
  • Deodorants
  • Body sprays
  • Makeup products
  • Hair sprays

Chemicals

Including:

  • Cleaning agents
  • Detergents
  • Sanitizers
  • Household chemicals

Improper Storage

Including:

  • Humid environments
  • Open-air storage
  • Contact with other jewellery items

Physical Damage

Including:

  • Scratches
  • Breakage
  • Bent components
  • Stone loss
  • Chain damage
  • Clasp damage caused by misuse

Normal Wear & Tear

Natural aging, minor fading, or wear resulting from regular use shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

  • Provide store credit
  • Provide another reasonable resolution

Warranty approval does not automatically guarantee a cash refund.


9. Shipping Charges for Warranty Claims

Jumas Fashion may arrange return logistics or reimburse reasonable shipping costs, at its discretion.

If Warranty Claim Is Rejected

The customer may be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the claim process.


10. Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

The warranty cannot be:

  • Transferred
  • Assigned
  • Resold
  • Extended to subsequent owners

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumas Fashion shall not be liable for:
