- Place non-genuine orders
- Abuse COD facilities

5. Cancellation Requests During Transit
Orders that are already:
- Packed
- Handed over to courier partners
- In transit
cannot be cancelled.
Customers cannot request cancellation merely because the shipment is delayed due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refusal of Delivery
Customers are strongly advised not to refuse delivery of an order without prior approval from Jumas Fashion.
Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in:
