3. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during periods of high order volume may experience slight delays.
Jumas Fashion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Repeat order cancellations

without prior notice.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via:

8. Customer Responsibility

- Failure to respond to courier communication
the shipment may be returned to Jumas Fashion.
Any re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
10. Delayed Deliveries

11. Damaged, Missing, Incorrect or Defective Products

12. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
- Defective products
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label
- The complete unboxing process
- The product received
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, refund, or investigation.
13. Evidence Requirement
Jumas Fashion reserves the right to request additional photographs, videos, order details, or supporting evidence before approving any shipping-related claim.
Jumas Fashion reserves the right to reject any claim where sufficient evidence, including the mandatory unboxing video, is not provided by the customer.
Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery or without the required supporting evidence may not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, refund, or investigation.
14. Lost Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, Jumas Fashion will investigate the matter with the logistics provider.
Resolution may include:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund at the sole discretion of Jumas Fashion
after verification and confirmation from the courier partner.
15. Limitation of Liability
Jumas Fashion’s responsibility for delivery ends once the order is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
We shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Consequential or indirect losses arising from delivery delays
